Uptown Dubai, formerly known as Burj 2020, is a new district within the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) zone not far from Jumeirah Lakes Towers. It will encompass over 10 million square feet of premium commercial and residential spaces.
Construction of the first phase, covering two million square feet, commenced in September 2017. Residential properties in Uptown Dubai became available for off-plan sales in the first quarter of 2018.
